About the company

As a Client Executive you provide support to your colleagues Client Directors (CD) and Sales Manager servicing the Intermediary client base in the Benelux. You also provide support to Strategic Clients by delivering a more customised and dedicated proactive service. You handle enquiries from clients and consultants and you support periodic and regulatory reporting to clients along with pitches

You are responsible to consider the interests of customer and treat them fairly, ensuring that any information provided to clients on products and services is clear and useful, enabling them to understand fully what they are being offered.

Tasks and responsibilities


Relationship Management and Service Development

• Proactively manage and develop relationships with administrative counterparts

• Attain a deeper understanding of the needs and requirements of the clients’ administrative function and proactively shape and define the required service proposition for each key strategic client

• Support for and attendance at client hospitality events, as deemed appropriate by the CD

• Involvement in the development of customised material for new business pitches

• Be specifically targeted with achieving certain client service goals as agreed with their CD for their specific clients

• Respond promptly and professionally to the requests and queries from clients and their administrative personnel and consultants and assist Client Directors with all other enquiries and requests

• Ensure that CD is briefed on client specific admin/performance issues prior to any meeting, prepare briefing papers as required. Share information/insight and client understanding with their CD and ensure that the CD is aware and up-to-date with client service issues

Production of Client Reports:

• Preparation of accurate quarterly reporting material in a timely manner to a standard ready for Client Director / Fund Manager sign-off

• Preparations of presentation material ahead of client meetings

• Ensure that client service promises to clients are met for fund reporting and information provision

Responsibility for Clients’ Non-Cash Assets

• Oversee any restructure of client’s assets, for example unitization, change of benchmark, in-specie transfers. CE to ensure all appropriate paperwork is in place and relevant internal contacts are informed

• Process any exchanges of investments accurately and on a timely basis

New and Existing Clients

• For new clients, ensure all internal procedures are followed and necessary information is obtained to register client on relevant systems and inform relevant internal departments as appropriate.

• For existing clients, ensure the exit is dealt with in accordance with clients’ instructions and with internal procedures


• Candidates should be educated to a degree level

• Previous experience in the financial services industry, Private Banking & asset management is a plus

• Understanding of Mutual Funds and or other Investment products

• Strong team player, with the ability to use own initiative and a self-starter

• Ability to interact effectively in a professional environment

• Excellent attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy and consistency

• Ability to analyse and interpret information critically and proactive approach.
